What We Do

Discounted Legal Rates

With legal prices skyrocketing at a dramatic rate, in one year alone, billable rates increased by 10%. It is so much harder for the average civilian to use the legal system as intended.

Large insurance companies know this. Some of them even decline claims guessing that they will not be contested. For this reason, we are working to make the legal system as accessible to our clients as possible.

We can offer a free or discounted lawyer rates (depending on the case), along with covering a large amount of the fees that come along with pursuing legal action.

All Types of Insurance

20% of insurance claims are denied nationwide. In and around the Lyons area, insurance claims are being dropped due to alleged “high risk”. However, some past cases have shown that this is a breach of their policies.

Insurance companies do not differentiate between claim types when declining medical, automotive, or property claims, so we won’t either. Our organization will help support residents of Colorado with all types of insurance problems related to declined claims or withdrawn coverage.

Setting a Precedent

Every case that we help win will contribute to setting a precedent, making every following case easier and easier. If we can consistently keep insurance companies liable, eventually they will learn that the best way forward is to be accountable.
