Who We Are

Our Start:

The Colorado Legal Insurance Help Fund is a non-profit based in the small town of Lyons CO, nestled in the foothills of the Rockies. The organization was founded by two high school students, Niko Sparks and Wilma Spencer, with one goal in mind: helping coloradans have more available access to the legal system in insurance disputes.

Founded in April of 2025, the Co-LIH Fund is still relatively new, but has attained full legal non profit status, including 501(c)3. Through meeting with everyone from attorneys to a member of the Colorado State Legislature to directors of other non profits in the area, the founders have insured lots of knowledge, as well as constantly continuing to seek more.
