Our Services

Legal Aid:

Advice: While we as an organization are not able to provide legal advice, we are in contact with numerous lawyers in our area who are more than willing to offer their advice for navigating the insurance system. We can offer a free consultation with a lawyer in our area to anyone who so desires.

Law Firm Connections: We are partnered with multiple prominent law firms in the Boulder County area, meaning that we can connect clients with lawyers who can help without navigating the process of choosing the right attorney for your case.

Financial Assistance: We are in the process of negotiating reduced or pro bono rates for our clients when connected with law firms, and are also willing as an organization to provide monetary funding to assist in certain cases, whether through covering servicing fees or even legal rates.

Education:

Community Events: Through attending community events, we are able to bring more awareness to the challenges within the insurance system, as well as answer questions community members may have.

Resources Available: Upon request, we have resources available about many different aspects of the insurance system, from informational pamphlets to websites that have lots of helpful links.

Attorney Outreach Events: Partnering with insurance attorneys, we are in the works of hosting educational community events about navigating the insurance system from a legal perspective, guided by an expert in the field.
